Photo Studios

50-125hr

  • min 2 hours for the $50/hr option
  • Choice 1: Smaller natural light area. Approx 500square feet of industrial space filled with natural light. The space is offered first to members, but is open to rent depending on availability. This is a sectioned off area of the big warehouse and can not be booked for day long sessions with multiple bookings.
  • Use of the entire 2,300 sq feet with several different backdrops and fixtures. Access to all of the in-house furniture for props, kitchen space, outdoor patio. Perfect for photo sessions with multiple people or day long events. $125/hr or $650/day
  • Wifi
  • Lights for shoots
  • Green Screens available for additional cost $25/day

Small Boardroom

  • min 2 hours
  • $150/2 hours or $500/day
  • The space holds up to 10 people. Members have access to the meeting space as available. Outside small business looking to meet with clients can rent the space in 2-hour increments depending on availability.

Big Boardroom

  • $200/2 hours or $750/day
  • Members have access to the meeting space as available. Outside small business looking to meet with clients can rent the space in 2-hour increments depending on availability. The space holds up to 18 people.

Warehouse Event space

  • Corporate or Private Events: $200/hr or $2,500/day
  • Weddings: $300/hr or $3,500/day
  • Workshops or Classes: $150/hr or $2,000/day
  • 2,300 square feet of elevated industrial space. This warehouse has been restored to hi-lite the textures and edginess with the comforts of technology and beautiful finishes to make it a perfect background to your next event. It’s the perfect space for a small wedding, intimate concert, team photographs, seminars, classes and much more.

Courtyard

  • Take wooing your clients to the next level with a private courtyard tucked in the centre of The Creative Hive. It’s a space beautiful as it is to entertain up to 40 people.
