Annie's Cakes have been my long time dream. As a little girl, I always dreamed of creating cakes and desserts for our personal parties. As I grew, so did this dream. I started a small business offering custom cakes and dessert bars for any occasion. After having Annie's for a few years, I was diagnosed with Celiac Diseases, I was crushed because I thought my dream was over. But instead, I started navigating this new gluten free world. Today, I am proud of having one of the largest selections of gluten free cakes and a variety of desserts in the city as well as regular baking. The best part? All of these items are fully decorated and are as tasty as they are beautiful.

To tell a bit of who I am, I’ve photographed over a hundred Weddings in my eight year career as a Wedding Photographer.
